Oaks Brisbane River City Suites

Only one was working, and every time I needed it, there were huge lines. Walking up 14 floors with luggage was exhausting and really dampened my trip.

Efficient service from the patient, attentive staff members. Very clean bed, good-sized bathroom and a lovely, big balcony, a lounge, and an air conditioner in the room. Incredible views of the gardens and city all around.

Ideal place to stay with fantastic view of the park. Comfortable beds, tv area and air conditioning in the room. Location close enough to restaurants and shops, all entertainment centre's and Botanic Garden, Southpark and downtown shopping area and a lot of good restaurants to choose...

I loved the full kitchen setup, made it easy to cook up some meals. And the balcony was a great spot for a late-night drink, soaking in the views!

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but overall still acceptable.

I loved it's views and the cleanliness of the apartment. The spacious rooms were great.

I was dissapointed with directions for car parking. soemthing written up properly would be great not a sketch with no street names! also being billed twice for the room was a bit disconcerting. I hope that works out. Won't know for several days until the bank handles the details

The convenience to the city centre and public transport

Bathroom was very cramped. Also no facewasher or shampoo, conditioner or body gel/wash. No air-conditioning in the bedroom only in the main living area.

Consider bringing earplugs during your stay.

Spacious Rooms and good views of the river

Rooms could do with a fresher look, coat of paint and replacement carpets! Small amount of laundry detergent should be provided and tea/coffee replacement everyday.

The bed in the one-bedroom apartment provided decent comfort for a good night's sleep, and the location offered a short walk to nearby restaurants and attractions.

The one-bedroom apartment had a moldy shower seal that definitely needed attention. I also ran into issues with cleanliness, including long hairs on the vanity and a dirty toilet brush holder. Some advertised amenities, like beautiful views, did not live up to expectations, leaving the place feeling overpriced for what you get.

Very centrally located to the Queen Street Mall and its associated shops & businesses. Staff are very obliging & most friendly.

Nothing......very good value for money whether using a one or two bedroom apartment.

It was gr8 to be in a city where it only took 5 minutes to walk to a supermarket, food court and a shopping mall that had everything for myself, my son and all the families staying with us.

It would have been too much to stay at the apartment and also pay daily parking for a car. A car was esssential as we were there to watch a basketball carnival at Auchenfower so people had to stay out of town and pick us up to avoid $20 dollars a day. It would have beenn ideal if you had a weekly reduced rate but having said that it all worked well and we had a great week, thanks Lisa Owen-Thomas
